My Story
Finding Strength and Balance at Any Age
I designed my training program, specifically for women, to build muscle and improve bone health. This training method combines diverse practices that work together to build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, and sharpen mental clarity - everything we need to age gracefully and live fully.
I was inspired by two teachers - my personal trainer, Mattias Sunneborn and my yoga and meditation instructor, Clive Guiver. Through my journey, I discovered that by combining strength power training with yoga and flexibility movements, the body and mind find the perfect balance.
As long as we keep moving, with proper training, we can stay strong and focused into our later years.
I am a certified wellness coach and massage therapist who has even a nutrition-certificate from Harvard Medical School.
